Welcome to Conecta Health!


A place where we focus on mental health, the promotion of healthy lifestyles, and the integration of physical and psychological health. My name is Rayza Maldonado, and I am simply a person with a passion for helping others.


Who Am I?


I graduated with a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, and I have had the privilege of working with many individuals and families, helping them navigate various mental health challenges. While I have learned a lot from my work, and my academic background has provided me with a solid foundation, I also believe learning is a lifelong process. That's why I am excited to launch this blog - to share my knowledge and continue learning from others.

Conecta Health is about connecting with oneself, between individuals, health professionals, disciplines, approaches, strategies, ways of coping and management, and between the practice and research.


This page is dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness through educational content. Whether you're struggling with a mental health condition or simply looking for ways to improve your overall well-being, this blog is for you. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and that the two are closely intertwined. We can improve our overall quality of life by addressing both aspects of health.


Here, you'll find information on various topics, such as managing stress, improving sleep, time management and organization, and integrating physical and mental health. We'll also discuss the latest research and trends in the field.


Why Am I Blogging?


I'm passionate about mental health because it is crucial to our overall well-being and a better society. Everyone deserves access to reliable information to help them and their loved ones.


I am blogging to help others learn more about mental health, promote wellness, and reduce mental health stigma. I know there is a lot of misinformation out there, and I want to help individuals and families understand the complexities of mental health with updated and evidence-based information. Through this blog, I hope to share my knowledge, personal experiences, and insights to help others toward their path to wellness. I hope to provide a space for mutual learning.
